“2-Days for the Price of 1” promotion allowed per customer
(or household) (or business), per month.
For the purpose of this promotion, employees of
businesses will be treated independently.
Example:
Bob Smith, foreman of A+ Construction Company may use this
promotion once per month for business-use.
When rented for personal use, Bob Smith (or any other
employee of A+ Construction Company) may also use this
promotion once per month.
-This
promotion does NOT apply to 2-day weekend rentals
(Saturday/Sunday.)
It does, however, apply to any combination of
weekdays, including Friday/Saturday or Sunday/Monday.
If equipment is rented for 3 or 4 days, the rental
duration MAY include both Saturday/Sunday. (Example:
Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Monday, or
Saturday/Sunday/Monday/Tuesday, etc.)
-All
rentals must be prepaid (unless a pre-approved Net-30 Terms
Account exists.)
-All customers
wishing to use this promotion must be in good financial
standing, with a $0, or current Account Balance.
-All
equipment subject to availability.
Reservations are recommended.
-Standard Hour Meter
Policy applies (8 meter hours per 24-hour period are
allotted on rentals. Within the 48-hour duration, you are
allotted 16 hours.)
Additional meter hours will be paid at the standard
rate, equivalent to 1/6 of the daily rental rate.
-Standard Fuel
Policy applies (machine will be delivered full.
If returned low, the customer will be charged for the
amount of gallons used.)
-Weekly rentals
(rent 5 days, pay for 4) will automatically be awarded free
delivery.
-Monthly rentals
(rent 4 weeks, pay for 3) will automatically be awarded free
delivery.
For smaller jobs, free
delivery may be chosen instead of a second rental day:
-Includes delivery
within 30 round trip miles of Honesdale (additional miles
beyond this will be paid by the customer at $4/loaded mile)
-The Free Delivery
option is only available on “heavy equipment,” weighing
between 1,000# and 12,000#.
Free Delivery is not available on equipment that
could otherwise be picked up with a “homeowner’s” vehicle
(e.g. floor sander) or heavy equipment requiring a tractor
trailer to move (machines weighing over 12,001#)

THIS ENTIRE
PROMOTION APPLIES ONLY TO INVENTORY CONTAINED WITHIN THE
RENT-E-QUIP DIVISION OF RENT-E-QUIP, INC.
It does NOT apply to inventory contained within the
Rent-E-Vent (party rentals) division of Rent-E-Quip, Inc.
-No other discounts
or promotions may be used in conjunction with “2-Days For
the Price of 1” promotion.
-All other standard
Terms & Conditions apply, as outlined on the rear of each
rental contract.
